Fine Food wanted to know whether poultry processing in Wommelgem could be integrated into the beef and pork plant in Halle. Technical feasibility, people impact, business case and production continuity all had to line up before any portfolio commitment.

What we didLed the multidisciplinary feasibility study, consolidated input from Production, HR, Infrastructure, Quality and Finance, and built the business case that informed the go / no-go decision.

Office 365, Windows 10 and the wider digital workplace had to land at more than 20,000 NMBS users, inside a much larger group transformation program. The technical rollout was only half the job, governance and adoption had to move at the same pace.

The Workforce Planning rollout had landed in several business units, but when Colruyt Laagste Prijzen went live, stability and performance expectations were not met and the further rollout stalled. The program needed an honest reset, not another push.

What we didRe-baselined the rollout to 2022, reassessed the IT infrastructure, drove the functional fixes in the package and stabilised the environment so the remaining business units could go live on a platform that held up.
