VAB needed a vendor-neutral view on where AI could responsibly add value, who owns it, and how it gets governed across the business. No demo-driven shortcuts, a real foundation.
What we did. Mapped current AI use and shadow AI, ran use-case discovery and prioritisation against value, feasibility and risk, and set up the governance frame (ownership, intake, risk classification) aligned with the EU AI Act. Engagement ongoing under NDA.
