VAB needed a vendor-neutral view on where AI could responsibly add value, who owns it, and how it gets governed across the business. No demo-driven shortcuts, a real foundation.

What we did. Mapped current AI use and shadow AI, ran use-case discovery and prioritisation against value, feasibility and risk, and set up the governance frame (ownership, intake, risk classification) aligned with the EU AI Act. Engagement ongoing under NDA.

AMMA had to reach DORA compliance against a hard regulatory deadline. Before any controls or roadmap could land, the processes, decisions and ownership had to be made explicit, the same groundwork any serious AI governance program needs.

What we did. Mapped the in-scope processes, ran the gap analysis against DORA, translated findings into a prioritised remediation plan and stood up the delivery rhythm and steerco governance to actually ship it.

A portfolio decision, backed by a real business case.

Fine Food wanted to know whether poultry processing in Wommelgem could be integrated into the beef and pork plant in Halle. Technical feasibility, people impact, business case and continuity all had to line up before any commitment, the same discipline we bring to AI use-case decisions.

What we did. Led the multidisciplinary feasibility study, consolidated input from Production, HR, Infrastructure, Quality and Finance, and built the business case that informed the go / no-go decision.
